Regular Schedule

 

Our regular schedule is back as of Jan 2nd. We thank you for your patience and hope everyone has enjoyed a little rest and recovery before we take on 2019. Can't wait to see you all in the new year and hear what your 2019 goals are! 

 

Seminars

Starting in 2019 we will be offering a monthly seminar on the last Sunday bi-monthly. Coming in and hon in on your skills, get in some practice or nail that first Muscle Up you've been longing for. The following Seminar dates are set and details will be announced closer to the dates along with the individual cost of each

Beltline Bash

 

Our in house competition is back and we will be hosting back to back weekends. Weekend 1 is all about the individual with Scaled and Rx divisions for both men and women. Weekend 2 is all about you and your partner, be ready for mixed teams of 1-male, 1-female and a whole lot of fun!

Road to the OPEN

 

In preparation for the 2019 CrossFit Open we will be offering a class every Sunday starting in January all the way up to the Open. We will focus on some basic skills often seen in the Open and putting you through some great conditioners in preparation.  

Sundays from Jan 6th - Feb 17th @ 5:00-6:30pm

What's New

New Rates

 

We are happy to introduce two new rates coming into 2019.

 

Loyalty pays off, and committing to a one year contract is for members looking to keep an eye on their cashflow and reap the benefits of a lower rate. Bi-weekly payments of $80 every 2 weeks.-

*Penalties apply for early cancelation equivalent to the balance of a full monthly rate for months used.

 

The All Access Pass

The all access pass will give members working on their personal program with access to the facility during class times; this includes during regularly scheduled group classes, but excludes Saturday. Pass holders still have the same access to all regular group classes, open gym times, specialty classes and the addition of our bi-monthly seminars as a bonus. Pass holders are still required to book a space in class.  As space is limited we will only be offering a limited numbers of 6 passes throughout the year. $600/month
